Standard Delivery
Smaller rugs including runners, doormats, and bedside rugs are delivered via courier, typically within 3-5 working days. Your rug arrives carefully rolled and protected.

Care
When Your Rug Arrives
- ◆ Unroll promptly - Unroll your rug as soon as possible after delivery. It may have some creases from being rolled - these will settle within a few days.
- ◆ Allow settling time - Handmade and wool rugs may need a few days to fully flatten. You can place books on curled corners to help.
- ◆ Use a rug pad - A quality underlay extends your rug's life, prevents slipping, and makes it feel more luxurious underfoot.
- ◆ Check on arrival - Please inspect your rug for any transit damage before the driver leaves. Report any issues immediately.

30-Day Returns
Not quite right? Return your rug in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We understand rugs need to be seen in situ.
Return shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns. Rugs must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your rug arrives damaged or you notice a manufacturing fault, contact us immediately. We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
Please photograph any damage or faults before contacting us - this helps us process your claim quickly.

Delivery FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your rug and your location. The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How will my rug be packaged?
Rugs are carefully rolled (never folded) and wrapped in protective packaging. Large rugs are secured with straps. Everything is designed to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders receive tracking information once dispatched. For specialist deliveries, you'll receive direct communication from our delivery team.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
For small rugs, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery. For larger rugs, we'll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
Will my rug be flat when it arrives?
Rugs are rolled for transport, so some initial creasing is normal. Most rugs flatten within 24-48 hours once unrolled. Handmade rugs may take a few days to fully settle.
